For Sale: A Japanese made 1980's-1990's semi automatic turntable in pretty nice shape. All original.
Includes high end Pickering P-Mount phono cartridge with a genuine Pickering DL2E needle. Sound quality is good- full range, good highs and bass, no static, no hum, no skipping. Belt in good shape. Speed sounds dead on correct on both 33 and 45 RPM. Includes 45 RPM adapter for your singles.
This is a semi auto turntable so to play and album you first set the cuing to Up, then move the tonearm over to the first track on album you want to play. The table will power up automatically and platter will spin. Then you switch the cuing to Down and the tonearm slowly and gently drops, album plays until then end, then the tonearm automatically raises up, returns to holder, and powers off. Works reliably, no issues.
Overall nice condition with some minor cosmetic wear. Dust cover has no apparent chips or cracks. Hinges are in good shape and hold the cover open. Shock absorbing rubber spring loaded feet are in good shape.
